My neighbourhood cafe. Love to visit the place often. Find it quiet, peaceful and lively at the same time. Decor is always classy and vibrant. Place feels warm and cheerful. Food/ coffee is good and for the ladies — if you need to use a washroom, they generally have a clean one (a must need in any market)! Coming to Lopera’s service — used to be tad slow. Over the past year have had to wait for 15-20 minutes just for my bill. However, during my last 2 visits have been pleasantly surprised — staff is super active and running around on their toes. They have been serving quickly. I have had an excellent dining experience with my parents too. They loved the complimentary bread basket with the soup and everything was delicious, warm and served well. My father loved the French onion soup and the spinach and goat cheese crepes and my mother loved the blueberry cheese cake. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. Keep up the great work!

Always one of my favourite places in town for a relaxed coffee break or lunch. Clean place with cosy ambiance & great authentic french food. The Croque Madam is at part with the best in a French bistro back home. Well done 👍

The only thing that can bring smile on your face on a dull day is chocolate milkshake. Best place to enjoy shakes ☺️

We went their with friends, it's cosy place, good ambience and food is also good. We ordered pizza and white sauce pasta. Pizza was oval in shape and tasted really good. The white sauce pasta was good but it was very cheesy which I don't prefer. Overall good experience.

The service is sub par here. the person at the counter continued speaking on the phone while I waited to place my order. Seems like he's had no training. I ordered a cheesecake which was very clearly stale. this is a classic case of unchi dukan, feeka pakwan

SHORT STAFFED, SLUGGISH & UNWELCOME SERVICE. 👎👎👎👎👎 I often visit L'Opéra for its ambience & quiet conversations. But, this particular experience was ruined right from the moment we (3, family) stepped in for LACK OF STAFF COURTESY.  1. FLATLY DENIED SEATING. Even though one table was being Vacated, there were no queues and they had occupied another table with their own samples. Usually, staff would ask you to wait or come back, but not here. 2. WAIT, WAIT AND JUST WAIT... To place an order, to have it served and after the food was laid, we waited for nearly 10min for more cutlery, napkins & condiments. (Finally had to fetch myself) 3. ZERO EMPATHY OR CHARACTER. For an impulse celebration, I bought a cake and requested for one small candle. They accepted, but later denied that candle gesture, when I had ALREADY bought the cake and was ready to cut it. 4. HIGHLY OVERPRICED. We spent Rs 3000 but you must know that a small 500ml mineral water costs Rs. 300 and their portion sizes are extraordinary small  (Salad, pasta, lasagne, crepes). Not even good for one person. We're not even talking about any offers / discounts yet.  The L'Opéra experience has collapsed with poor staff orientation and its certainly not a happy place until the owners sort it out immediately.

I was made to leave the cafe as a bald guy who claims to be the onwer of the cafe wanted to sit there. I confronted him and told him that I have been coming here since past 3 years. He said that it doesn't matter. I also said that I wont be coming here anymore. Baldy had no issues losing a regular costumer and said your choice.I have heard similar stories from the cafe. Let's avoid such uninviting cafe. Jai hind.

Overhyped , overpriced, service very bed , did not give water, sandwich bread hard bed chicken quality, served brocken fries, name is big but vision is small. should think about it. Leave service charge without service , very bed experience.

Really bad service.! And the staff is Uber cool to accept their delay. I came for a quick bite not coffee, and they refuse to get anything apart from bread and butter to the table.! Bill was giving within seconds:)
