⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at this newly opened restaurant. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and care from the team. Chef Angad went above and beyond to understand our allergen and dietary restrictions, and thoughtfully curated each dish for us. It made the entire experience feel personal, safe, and special. A big thank you as well to Gautam, who was incredible throughout the evening. His attention to even the smallest details was meticulous, and his service was warm, professional, and seamless. A fantastic start for a new restaurant — highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again.

We had high expectations from this place as reservations were difficult to get and you had to pay an advance booking amount. Food: We started with Pushpa Chilli Chicken: it first came in salty and later was alright. It was good Mini podi idli- dry and lacked flavour. Mutton Roast: Bland, tasted weird and missed any and every flavour. Food was less than average overall Ambience Decor: Beautiful Service: Very good Ambience: classy

We went to Nadoo with very high expectations but alas were disappointed on every account. I made a reservation and on reaching there the hostess said we don’t take Zomato reservations. I told her I had guests coming and I need to seat them (the entire restaurant was empty behind her) and she should tell me what I need to do. I waited patiently and after 20 mins. she said you can have this table. We sat down and the server told us its thali service only and we said ok no issues. We had a person in our group who has some food allergies and there was literally just 1 dish for her to eat but we said no issues. We placed an order for 7 Thalis and after 1 hour of waiting on 4 were served to us. In asking for the rest of them, nothing was ready and they kept empty Thalis in front of us. The servers had no idea what to serve to whom and we all got up from the table without touching even a morsel. We looked around and several tables had been served a-la-carte menu. The hostess- rude, the chef- not flexible, the owner- not competent and the servers- not equipped to handle service. From 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm we hadn’t been given any food to eat and we left highly disappointed.

A total no go. So called acclaimed chef who is worthless and has not a single clue of how to run a commercial kitchen and a completely arrogant one. We were a family of 12 who waited patiently for just under 2 hours for some so called thali which never showed up. What did show up was arrogance and a snobbish attitude from the chef and the manager of the outlet and a couple of empty thalis with clueless servers who did not even know what had to be served. Had I been an investor- with that lady chef and manager: I rather pull out every single cent of my investment cause I can see it drown in front of my eyes. Never again to such a hopeless restaurant where the chef was the one causing chaos all over the kitchen and the manager adding fuel to fire. Total waste- never again. If you are a family- blindly avoid going: coz you will be treated like worthless guests who are a pain coz they don’t wish to serve you.

Booked a table at Nadoo with a ₹1000 advance and drove an hour from Faridabad, only to be told on arrival that no table was reserved. Completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the manager, Komal. She was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. We argued for nearly half an hour, and there was zero effort from her side to resolve the issue or even speak respectfully. The attitude was defensive and unprofessional throughout. It ended up ruining our Sunday evening. If you’re charging customers upfront, the bare minimum is honoring reservations and handling issues properly. This was a complete failure on both counts. Not worth the time, money, or effort.

The reservation was verbally confirmed and we were denied entry. Pathetic experience to say the least. Do not fall for fancy menu or for the newly opened restaurant. They need to get their basics in place.
