They late my order by 1:30 hour on 1st Dec by telling me that they are out of gas so I waited and then forget to bring kheer. When I called them, the person on nazeer support told me that whenever I'll place order, they will send the kheer along with it. Today I ordered my meal and called nazeer to send that kheer and the unprofessional person over the call told me k ab yaad ari h apko kheer itne din baad. I'll never ever order with nazeer now. Great customer service.

I visited in nazeer food yesterday evening along with my family. So nice ambience and mughlai food also very good it's finger licking and Waseem served us . he is very kind and courteous person .....thanks we will visite again.

Great food and hospitality. I found it a bit expensive for the quality of food. Otherwise, great taste. Situated at a prime location in Ghaziabad. Must try : Butter chicken

Ordered butter chicken and rotis. Plus point is that it is open till late in the night. Minus point was that there is no option for boneless butter chicken and that it was full of green chilly wherein butter chicken is supposed to be not spicy. A little on the higher side incase of the cost. Good quantity in the food. But hope they take in the feedbacks and work on it.

Worst experience by nazeer food , after 1 hour of order, i called to nazeer at opulent mall ghaziabad and after 1 hour they said item is not available . Time was 10.30 P.M and my guest was waiting for order. I have requested nazeer and zomato to provide another item which is available but they have not listened to me and my guest returned their home hungry. @ nazeer and @ zomato ::: kindly close your company because you both are following unethical practices. I suggest all client to not use nazeer and zomato so that they will learn what a customer means. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 zomato might delete this review but truth is that both nazeer and zomato will not survive in this market because they not respect customer.

A place that boasts of legacy of forty years nazeer food serves nothing but disappointment. Had chicken biryani and lemon toast. The Biryani was served with 2 pieces of chicken that perhaps required an hammer to breakdown. Tough and Tasteless. The Lemon Toast was nothing but a shikanji flavoured drink with very bad composition. The only good thing served here was the condiment chutney. To add it to the grief of bad food was the service, the waiter had to be reminded and called multiple times as they didn't have enough staff to serve or take the order. Overall, wouldn't recommend it to anyone for even a trial.

The food is tasteless. Ordered dal makhni and kadhai paneer, with butter nan and khameeri roti. Dal and kadhai paneer had no masala added apart from red chilly, not even salt. Butter naan was missing butter, and khameeri roti was the worst i’ve ever had. Do not order from this outlet.

On the name of Sheermaal they are selling khamiri roti. When I asked them to cancel the order, restaurant person name Sandeep denied and said it can not be done as ordered is prepared in just 4 to 5 minutes. Do not go to this restaurant.

Worst butter chicken i ever had, gravy was yoo soury and chicken was too hard to bite, the only thing good about chicken was that i throw it out of my house
