We went for lunch on Christmas. Perfect crowd management. Excellent fast service. And great food. Perfectly cooked tender mutton, fresh aroma, burst of flavours. All in all good place, would recommend.

We enjoyed lunch at this restaurant and appreciated the atmosphere and service. The tandoori murgh tikka was flavourful while the Kerala fried chicken was a bit bland and tasted like plain KFC. The main courses, kadhai chicken and dal makhni, were good but the star of the show was the bread basket. Each piece was incredibly soft and perfectly made. The quantity was slightly less than expected for the price but overall it was worth a visit.

We booked our table through district app. While the food is good, the restaurant doesn’t appear very clean. The overhanging glasses in the bar too were covered in dust. Staff is indifferent for a fine dine (at least the prices match one). The dal makhni had an overwhelming cinnamon flavour masking all other spices. We may rename it as Dal cinnamoni! A feedback to the chef to this regard was lost in abyss. No interaction for courtesy sake (probably I am expecting too much). The last straw- Our bill of nearly 4K for 2 adults and 2 adolescent kids had a 10% unannounced staff contribution. When enquired it was told to be ‘optional’. Well for me it’s the prerogative of the customer to tip the staff. Anyways, I am an admirer of Mr Kunal Kapur and would want him to spare sometime in the functioning of his restaurant. Best wishes

Hi, today i visited Chef Kunal Kapurs pincode restaurant in select city walk mall. I visited there because I have been seeing master chef everyday. Now shocking part firstly they don’t have beer though it is mentioned in the menu, secondly they don’t have a washroom inside which is understandable considering it’s in the mall but then at least offer wet wipes or a finger bowl. It’s expected that the customer should get up and go across the other side of the restaurant to wash the dirty hands post completion of meal through the crowd. The Sunday special mutton curry from the main course had way too much salt though they did fix that but still not something that’s expected at a Kunal Kapurs restaurant.

Very disappointing experience at Pincode by Kunal Kapur. The staff was unprofessional and inattentive, and the service was extremely slow despite the restaurant not being very crowded. The food quality did not meet expectations at all .
