Hi, went there have heard about them being an international brand. They have nice collection of cold sandwiches in the displayed Beatles in the open fridge. We orders Belgian chocolate which is divine and I highly recommend for eatables I ordered a smoked chicken sandwich which they heated well, the cheese in the sandwich was gooooodd…. I also recommend that. Ambience is very good and friendly staff. comparatively newer than other coffee shops around the cafe mocha was good ao. Was the sandwich the only trouble was that the staff was not trained and they kept asking for the order again and again. Over all was ok , they need to train their staff for sure. Don’t forget to follow me for more ;)

Love the service , coffee was amazing , staff was very polite and friendly. Got such amazing vibes. I was in UK in winters and pret was a saviour. I can say it matches the UK standards

I tried the cheesy twist and the smoked chicken sandwich. Perfectly toasted and excellent flavours. Well balance. The cappuccino was good too.

Really poor service. They told me that the heated food items and drink would be delivered to the table. 10 minutes later had to go to the counter for the food and 5 minutes later had to go for the drink I ordered. Charge a bomb and give you sub par service

Iced Americano - 0/5 Acidic! And not even cool, 2 ice cubes floating in the glass! Chilli cheese baguette - 0/5 Size of a finger sandwich, cheese and toppings only as a formality. Everything seems to be a formality... The temperature, the portion, the topping... Pret A Manger, you wouldn't last with this F&B qlty

I have never experienced such bad staff behaviour anywhere, vansh was so rude and I would not recommend anyone to go here and try any drink because they are all waste of money

I ordered for iced coffee and they got me hot coffee. When I told them to change they gave me hot coffee with ice in it🥹😂😂😂😂
