They took our order very quickly. We requested them to wait because one of our friends was still on the way, but they served all the dishes before he arrived. As a result, the food became cold by the time we started eating. It would have been better if they had timed the service so that all the food was served fresh when everyone was present.

I visited Raag yesterday with my family, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had at a premium restaurant. The problems started the moment we were seated. It took nearly 20 minutes for a waiter to bring us a menu, and even then, only one menu was provided for a table of six. No drinking glasses were placed on the table for almost 30 minutes despite multiple reminders. We repeatedly tried to place our order, but no one seemed interested in attending to our table. Eventually, I had to get up from my seat and personally request a server to take our order. Things only got worse when the food arrived. We had initially been seated in the middle of the dining area, so we requested a table change. When the staff came to clean the new table, they literally stopped midway through the cleaning process to take another guest’s order, leaving us waiting once again. We ordered the Veg Platter and Chicken Tikka as starters. Both dishes were served cold and lacked even basic seasoning. There was no salt, no masala, and virtually no flavor. The food felt rushed and below the standard one would expect from a restaurant positioning itself as a premium dining destination. When I asked to speak with the manager, it took another 20 minutes before he arrived. What was most frustrating was that this issue seemed isolated to our table. Around us, other guests appeared to be receiving attentive service and enjoying their meals, while our table was consistently ignored. The waitstaff seemed more engaged with other guests than addressing the concerns we had repeatedly raised. When you choose a fine-dining restaurant, you’re paying not just for the food but for hospitality, service, and the overall experience. Sadly, Raag failed on all three fronts during our visit. The staff appeared untrained, uncoordinated, and indifferent to guest concerns. I genuinely hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving service standards because the experience we had was far below what one would expect from a premium restaurant.

Presentation don’t give taste, same applies here. I had my worst NIHARI ever. Like how something can be so tasteless bro, That’s a non-veg, even gravy should be mouth watering but here everything was so tasteless even with no fragrance of anything. Though Service is very good.

Highly pathetic service, there were so many waiters but no one was listening, everyone was standing in a corner watching there phones and not listening. Food was average.

The staff doesn’t know what they r serving. Order taken by one staff n he leaves in between serving. Bad experience.
