I went to southy after a long time. Eatlier it used to full all the time, surprisingly this time I saw only tale away people waiting for their orders. I tried their Dahi vada and Mysore masala dosa. The dahi vada was good, dahi was made in chat style and was tasty, vada was a bit hard than usual. Mysore masala was okaish, the masala could have been better. But the main points went to the sambar! I loved the chutney and sambar and were just like they were earlier. Rest could be improved a bit. The service was great no doubt in that :)

I have visited this place couple of time ...they serves decent south Indian food... This time I ordered Paneer Dosa . It was crispy and tasty with yummy coconut chutney and samber .

The ambience was average but I loved the food. The aroma of sambhar and the taste masala dosa was soo good. The papad served with sambar rice was too delicious.

A small South Indian food joint with decent seating arrangement. I was quite fascinated with the name so gave this a try with a bunch of my friends. I tried the basic masala dosa which was nice n soft but the aloo masala lacked the flavours of masala n was quite bland though the amazing sambhar made up to it. And the coconut chutney was also not upto the mark. While the orange chutney was quite flavourful. Then i tried Idli sambhar which was also quite soft and fluffy and I enjoyed it. Then we ordered the mix veg uttapam which was also quite nice. In a nutshell, the food here is worth the price and quite soft and crisp only they need to improve on their masalas.

I have been here for the lunch with my friends and gave order too. But the food which was served to us was not meeting quality standards which disappointed us . Ambience was good of the outlet . But they need work on their quality for better customer experience

We had ordered a south indian platter..everything was cold..and the idli was bad..upma was okayish.. The mini dosa was also fine..the coconut chutney was really good..bt the other red chutney was old stock..I think..it was smelly..the lemon rice was not what it shud hv been..it was some mixed pulao kind of rice..with a tinge of lemon on it..then don't call it lemon rice..to fool people.. The platter also had a vada..it was nyc.. The sambhar waw really tasty..& the sweet dish was yellow sooji halwa..it was yum though.. All in all.it cud get a 3/5.. The packing was also fine..4/5..value for money - kind of (4/5)..taste - 3.5/5..

Ordered dahi bhalla and sambhar vada. The only thing I liked was the red chutney. Rest was not up to the mark. Plus it was all cold. Except the sambhar everything was delivered cold. Was expecting better.

Worst Mysore masala dosa ever had. Either the butter/ghee or oil they applied on the iron pan was rancid and the entire dasa tasted very bad.

I ordered Upma. It tasted like disappointment. So much oil? Why? It's not needed. It's a breakfast item. It is supposed to be light. I could not finish the whole thing bad had to throw half of it. I wasted food and money. This is not the first time Southy has disappointed me. The last time I gave a bad review, the manager of that outlet promised me that they will work on the quality and I deleted my review. It's been months since then. And still disappointing.

Do not order from this place. They have started to cheat customers on the quantity. Served barely one spoonful sambhar with idli. This was bizarre and I had to order sambhar from another restaurant. Rubbish place.
