I have been coming to The Big Chill cafe since last 9-10 years now with my family. This has gradually become my frestaurant. The menu has great options not just for me and my husband but also for my son. Healthy salads, amazing pastas & my son’s favorite pizzas. A big shoutout to our forever friendly service staff Rahul Paul. He has always been good to us, taking care of our table & remembering our usual orders. He even remembers my son’s favorite choco lava and brings it to the table even before we order it. A true asset to The Big Chill brand. We wish him all the best. My family is leaving for New Zealand next month for good. We wish the owners Fauzia & Aseem more success. Your regular clients from E Block GK-1, Ruchi & family.

Tried their burger and pasta – both were absolutely delicious! The burger was juicy with the perfect crunch and came with crispy wedges, while the pasta was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Great presentation and portion size too. Definitely worth a visit.

Ravioli was as good as ever!👍🏻 But the four seasons pizza in thin crust(didn’t really seem so) was quite ok- not upto the expectations!

The mushroom ravioli was amazing, and my boyfriend had the bacon carbonara, he loved every bit of it.

Visited on a Saturday night at 8:30 and had to wait for 30 mins. The service was slow and nobody attended our table for a while. We ordered a penne vodka, ravioli in red sauce, four season pizza, spaghetti Neapolitana, chocolate shake and tiramisu. I liked all the items. The portion size was nice as well except for the tiramisu which was tiny. My overall experience was nice and I’ll be back.

Have been a visitor of Big chill from the days they started their first restaurant in F block East of Kailash and advertised the outlet through pamphlets in GK 1 market (year 2004-5). Despite growing in number through various chains, it was extremely disheartening to visit the Kailash colony chain after a long time. With starry eyes and hunger, we visited big chill with the same old expectation of delicious Italian. However it failed to live up to its old world charm. We ordered a simple mozzarella pizza normal base, it neither had mozzarella nor was the base normal, it was weirdly thin for a normal base. The pizza sauce was extremely salty, any person could develop high bp with just one bite of the pizza. The portion size has also been shrunk. I wonder where does the 600 plus rupees gets justified, no cheese, salty sauce and a mediocre base. Thought of ordering another dish, due to the pizza being below average, the pizza dissuaded us from trying anything else. Ideally should have complained to the staff, but seeing a busy restaurant where every inch has been covered by seats to capitalise the most, it seemed futile. Maybe the owners are oblivious of the taste and food they are serving since cash is flowing, I’m sure if they continue with such sub standard food, it won’t be a surprise that the restaurant meets it’s demise. - unhappy customer

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I called ahead to check about reservations and was clearly told they don’t take any—“first come, first serve” is what they said. I even clarified on the call because they usually ask if we’ve reserved when we show up, and I was reassured there was no booking system. But when I got there? I was told I should’ve reserved a table in advance—via an app, no less. What app? Why wasn’t that mentioned on the call? This kind of miscommunication is just unacceptable. It’s like the staff have no clue what each other is saying or doing. If you can't even get your basic communication right, maybe you shouldn’t be running a restaurant. Totally disorganized. Won’t be going back. Worst experience ever.

Don’t go by the 4.7 rating. The food is nowhere close to the rating. We ordered prawn crostini which was smelly and didn’t look fresh. Pepperoni pizza in which the base was not properly baked. Ravioli was extremely thick. spaghetti also lacked flavors.

worst big chill outlet in Delhi so far. Food was inedible, staff was not attentive for services , hygiene was not maintained well and the sitting arrangement was congested . Better to go some other big chill outlet to get a good experience.
