To start with we went out to this place as it offered additional activities for kids - painting, puppet show magic show etc. Upon reaching we came to know that the restaurant did not accept the zomato discount on the buffet. Anyway, we still decided to go ahead given the other attractions. The buffet spread as shared with us was changed and the menu was limited, quoting supply issues. Live counters were stationed outside in the open area. All was self service including the starters. The food was being refilled in a distinctive interval and the cold leftover was available mostly due to this. The food was below average in taste and presentation both. after complaining, the staff tried supporting by grappling what they could do with limited means. all in all not a healthy experience.

They charge bottles more than MRP which is odd. Secondly they will not honour your table booking discounts from District/Zomato. Both District and Restaurant will charge you much higher even if you just take cocktails and no discounted liquor bottles.

They didn’t let us sit where we wanted to even though the whole restaurant was empty, the food was genuinely roadside, it showed there was no proper chef. It was hugely expensive with no reason why. The ambience was okay not that good.

They did not honor the Zomato offer of 30%. Kept saying that since our drinks are cheap we cannot apply the offer. The offer clearly said 30% flat on food and beverages. Disappointed

Apparently, 30% off is only on food bills which they have not mentioned in this. also, if you pay using district/Dineout, 10% service charge is mandatory.

They denied payment through dinein and had to pay separately. I then contacted the zomato team but they have no response for the same
