different menus for liquor dine/physical menu in is a major setback. food was great but team should definitely work on improving service quality as most orders were delayed and food is overpriced if you bring liquor by yourself

1 Star – Deliberate Misleading Marketing & Insulting Staff Behaviour Our family travelled around 80–90 km with a child, relying on the Instagram promotion of Themis Greek House, which explicitly stated “No Entry Charge.” What we faced on arrival was shocking. At the garden event setup, staff refused entry unless we purchased bands and paid buffet charges in advance, even though no such condition was disclosed anywhere in the promotional post. When questioned, staff resorted to verbal manipulation, saying “there is no entry fee, but buffet payment is mandatory to enter” — which is nothing but paid entry disguised as free entry. When we asked the staff member who claimed to manage social media and reservations to show where this rule was mentioned publicly, he had no answer. Instead of clarifying or apologizing, we were bluntly told “you can go somewhere else.” This statement alone shows the level of arrogance and disregard this place has for customers who trusted their information and travelled long distances with family. The unprofessionalism did not stop there. Inside the restaurant area, a waiter requested that we order everything in one go because there was crowd, which is a clear sign of poor management and complete lack of hospitality standards. Customers are not responsible for crowd mismanagement. No apology. No accountability. No respect for customers’ time, money, or trust. This is not a one-off misunderstanding — this is misleading promotion, hidden conditions, and insulting customer treatment executed confidently at the gate. If you value honest communication, ethical business practices, and basic human respect, avoid this place. Their marketing promises one thing, and their on-ground behavior delivers something entirely different.

They marked themselves as BYOB but do not allow if anyone brings their bottle stating that BYOB is not allowed on 31st and 1st January & charged 500 rupees extra for it. That too when we asked multiple times that we could bring our bottle, they agreed....and later they said, who told you ? Extremely disappointed with their service and behaviour shown by their staff especially one person who looked like a manager. His rudeness was also there when we were ordering anything. Better think before visiting.
