Great service and good food. The staff were polite and gave prompt service. We ordered butter naan and paneer do pyaza. Food was served quickly and tasted awesome. The paneer cubes were large sized and fresh and soft. The gravy was nicely done. The naan was also soft and buttery. Loved the experience. Would definitely try out other options on the menu.

The place to go for me in Patna. Great food and ambience.. the Restaurant has that classy rich look.. wooden furnishing ..partitions gives you partial privacy … outdoor and indoor seating .. elaborate menu .. good both as cafe and restaurant.. thumps up especially for the way it has been designed..

We ordered Cafe Frappe, Fruit Punch, Pesto Rosso Chicken pasta and some chicken sandwich ( I don't remember the exact name) Sandwich: While serving, the server told us that it was a burger and not a sandwich...so why didn't you tell us the same while taking the order???? So we have to eat that burger which was 3/5 star in taste. Cafe Frappe: Even after repeatedly requesting to add an extra espresso shot and not to add ice cream in it, we got the opposite. Again we have to accept it because the server told us that it is made like this only, you cannot make cold coffee without ice cream. (I guess he forgot to add that this recipe is only valid in "D'hoot") Fruit Punch: It's nothing but the strawberry shake with a few pomegranates on top. Pasta: It was OK-ish 3/5 star for taste. The staff was polite but they lack knowledge about the food.

Hoot is more becoming a smoking joint..the quality of food has degraded and the worst part is the rude behaviour of staff. They will bring the menu as spoon as your food is over .They don't want you to sit and occupy table and talk unless you keep on ordering. This shows how concern ed they are about getting revenues rather than living upto the name of a cafe

We have the right to refuse the food we don’t like. This is how it is in food industry. And they want me to drink the bad tasting peach iced tea even when I asked them to take it back.

Went to this place had some soup. The soup was great but we were forced to pay for the bottle on our table that we didn’t even use. We were told that we mistakenly did that but in my clear conscience I always carry water with me and never drink water in a restaurant. I feel that they have trust issues with us customers who always pay twice more than what we get served there. This is one of those over priced café of Patna and they still don’t know we pay because we need peace.

Waiters are quite laid back.. will come to take orders after calling numerous times.. in a Chinese order asked for fork three times.. they didn’t gave it us even till the end.. Quantity is poor. Ordered sizzler .. they served small portion of noodles with very small quantity of veggies… ( not worth at all) Apart from ambience which attracts customers passing by nothing is good..

Feeling cheated !!They have charged for the services as well as took packing charges also for the food. I ordered , service was very poor the manager on duty was very rude, charged me ₹900 for Chinese veg platter whose price was not in the menu card they charged exorbitant. Overall a very bad experience.

You don't get to chose for bottled water,they add n number of water bottles consumed without asking.
