Food and ambience was good but the service was very slow. It took almost half and hour for a dish to get served. They need to improve on service a lot.

We had a reservation for 12, yet the table wasn’t even ready when we arrived. We were made to stand around for 20–25 minutes like walk-ins, which is ridiculous — especially with an 86-year-old accompanying us. After finally being seated, the incompetence became even more obvious. It took nearly an hour just to get starters. That’s not “busy,” that’s complete mismanagement. If the staff is inexperienced, that’s your problem to fix — not something customers should suffer through. And the fact that there was no manager present says everything about how poorly this place is run. Overall, terrible service, zero coordination, and no accountability. Would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Worst experience ever! Most of the dishes are not available along with liquor ! Service is also not good, tissue papers are also not there on table, we need to ask that as well.
