It took some time to take our order. Food was average as it made us full with the appetizers itself. It was too heavy! Couldn't enjoy the main course. Had to parcel it. Drinks were good.

The shezwan rice was not cooked well. The food arrived cold and the service was not attentive. Staff were slow to respond and did not check on customers regularly. Overall, the experience was below expectations.

The place is good and food is average. But the service is really slow. It took them 15 mins to get a couple Tandoori Rotis. We also tried their Gulabjamun, which is totally made of Maida.

I went to Chulbul Dhaba today for lunch, and I visit there quite often. Everything is usually fine — the place is clean, the staff behavior is good, and the food is really good too. But this time, although the food was okay, the service was extremely pathetic. The service was so disappointing. First of all, serving water to guests is basic hospitality etiquette, and since I’m also from the hospitality industry, I understand how important that is. I had to request water three times before they finally served it. The service was unnecessarily delayed the entire time. We had to wave at the staff four to five times and keep getting up repeatedly because no one was attentive. I wanted to order dessert, so I called the staff three times. I even called the captain three times, but he looked at me and simply ignored me. By then, our whole mood was spoiled. Even when I asked for the bill, I had to call them three to four times before they finally brought it.

As soon as I went in I gave the order because i knew Chulbul dhaba very well and I love the food there but this time it was different, I gave for orders but only 3 came, for one of the gravies they completely changed it and it was tasting bad, lastly I ordered rice however after ordering and waiting for rice other waiter handed over the bill to me which I didn’t ask, it was Mother’s Day celebration and it was ruined completely, I love Chulbul dhaba food but this visit was very poor, staff needs to be trained how to handle pressure when there’s a large crowd, it can be done it is possible

Felt highly disappointed after seeing the chicken 6 very small lollipop pieces with mostly just bones. Became very money minded and overrated. Dont opt for home delivery or parcel, you will be disappointed. This is my second time facing same issue of not receiving quality food . Earlier it was for buryani which i skipped but this has become the trend now.

Paneer smelled bad, our server was good to help us replace the dish but second one was also the same, so definitely won’t recommend going there
