Absolutely loved the food, beverages, ambience and the service. I went here with my wife and we ordered a Margherita Pizza and some Mozzarella Sticks along with Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Spiced Pineapple Delight. The waiter who served us was very kind and accommodating. Our requests were kindly and patiently fulfilled, and he suggested us a few options. The pizza was an authentic thin crust pizza served with a mild chilli-garlic oil. The Mozzarella Sticks were crunchy from outside and had a soft and chewy cheese pull on the inside. It was served with 2 dips; garlic-mint mayo and a pomodoro sauce that me and my wife absolutely loved. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was beautiful with sugared cream topped with black coffee. It reminded us of the coffee we had in Phu Quoc. The Spiced Pineapple Delight we tried for the first time was truly a delight. We love pineapples and spicy food; this was a perfect blend of both, pineapple juice with spices like habanero. A must visit place. We definitely will be giving them another visit for some lasagne!

The ambiance is calm and perfect for a chill outing. Food tasted fresh and different from regular places. Loved their mango specials and bakery items. Must try their summer special “Not Just a Mango”. Portions and presentation were nice. Overall a good place to explore in Kothrud

The food was truly amazing, the cheese bowl pasta is a delicious experience and the Vietnamese coffee was a must try, asking with the pomodoro. The service however was not great, the wait staff wasn't very accommodating and the tables are really annoyingly small, which makes it impossible to eat on.

food is good, place is good, staff is genuine. only wait was a lil longer. took 30mins for food to arrive so you can plan to order accordingly . maybe because of the weekend. tiramisu, enchiladas were my best pick.

recently visited Madeline café with my sister and had a disappointing experience. We initially requested a table in the AC section, but were told it was unavailable due to cleaning. However, we noticed that other guests who arrived after us were being seated inside, which was quite confusing and felt unfair. We were then seated outside, and for nearly 10 minutes, no one attended to us—not even to offer water—while staff were busy arranging bottles and glasses on empty tables inside. When we followed up, we were told that since we hadn’t “finalized” our seating, basic service wasn’t provided, which didn’t feel appropriate. Later, when we again requested an indoor table, we were offered a centrally located one with restrictions, which we were not comfortable with. Overall, the staff’s behavior came across as unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. We ended up placing a quick order and leaving soon after. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations, and I hope the service experience improves for future customers.

Very poor customer service. We were not dressed properly so they didn’t gave us proper service and ppl who were dressed nicely were having all attention it was very disrespectful. Food was below average staff service was so bad they didn’t gave us tissues and water even after asking we have to ask three times. I literally cleaned my own table. They made us wait so long to get a table which they haven’t even cleaned. When we called them they ignored us. They judge people on their appearance. Ppl who were beside us were treated so nicely even tho they didn’t order as much we did. And then they happen to add “service tax” 🤣 . They didn’t picked our plates when we were ready for the second dish. I highly recommend you to not come here.

The restaurant doesn't have the basic etiquette to serve water to the customer. Till the end I wasn't provided it. Coming to the food its below average and as bad as their service.
