Masaledar Biryani House, Sadashiv Peth, Pune** 14/09/2024 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're on the lookout for a culinary gem in Pune, look no further than Masaledar Biryani House in Sadashiv Peth! Our recent dining experience at this delightful spot was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to share our experience. We decided to indulge in some of their signature dishes – the Shahi Chicken Biryani, a Mutton Thali, and a side of Bheja Fry. From the moment the food arrived at our table, we could tell we were in for a treat. Every dish was absolutely mouthwatering and bursting with flavor! The **Shahi Chicken Biryani** was a standout. The aroma alone was enough to welcome us into a world of rich spices and tender chicken, creating an unforgettable experience. The rice was perfectly cooked, fluffy and infused with a delightful blend of spices that truly elevated the whole dish. It’s easily enough to serve three, making it an excellent value for the portion size. The **Mutton Thali** was a feast in itself, featuring a generous assortment of dishes that could easily satisfy two hungry diners. Each component was prepared with care, highlighting the tenderness and flavor of the mutton. We especially loved the accompanying **Pandhara Rassa** and **Tambada Rassa** – both served in unlimited portions. It was a great touch that perfectly complemented our meal, and they were just as delicious as the main dishes. And I must give a special mention to the **Bheja Fry**! This dish was simply divine; the spices used were spot-on, and the texture was perfectly balanced. It paired beautifully with both the curries and the rich biryani. While the ambiance of the restaurant is relatively simple, it’s a small price to pay for the incredible food that brings such joy to the dining experience. You go to Masaledar Biryani House for the flavors, and they certainly deliver on that front! What impressed us even more was the reasonable pricing, considering the large portions and high quality of the food. For anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying meal in Pune, Masaledar Biryani House is a must-visit! In summary, if you haven’t yet tasted the amazing fare at Masaledar Biryani House, you’re truly missing out! Great food, generous portions, and an inviting atmosphere make it a lovely stop for both casual diners and food enthusiasts alike. We will definitely be back for more!

We ordered 10 plus chicken biryani and veg biryani for team . - veg biryani was pathetic poor rice quality, too much oil:/low quality ghee in it with 2-3 pieces of brown kind of panner thats it for veg taste sweetness in it. - chicken biryani was okiess oily and without any taste its all about sweet biryani very less masale more onions and chicken was not cooked with rice as traditional process.. its just chicken with masala mixed with long grain rice with no taste. - tambada and Pandhara rassa was excellent taste waise and overall.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR VEGETARIANS or EGGETARIANS !!! Took Anda Biryani (takeaway) last night. To my surprise, I found Chicken bones inside the biryani.. and there were lots of them! Although they have mentioned that their Anda biryani is cooked with chicken masala, that doesn’t mean it should have chicken in it.. I eat meat but it was a horrible experience for my parents who only consume egg! Let’s leave the fact that the biryani was extremely oily aside (when I paid for the biryani to be cooked in pure ghee). But definitely didn’t expect this from a well known restaurant like Masaledaar.. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING.

I ordered 5 full mutton biryanis and 4 mutton gravy and all 5 mutton biryanis were stale and were stinking so badly and we were not able to bear the smell at all. Whole biryani was thrown in the garbage and money was wasted. Will not suggest to take parcel(Biryani) from here, else try different biryani joints there are many nearby to this place, but strictly avoid parcels from “Masaledar” as this is the third time I am experiencing bad parcel service and finally felt to express and share this with ya’ll

The service offered by Restuarant was not good...There were many Inconvenience in delivering the order. Resturant themselves had Cancelled the order, though it was already Prepare. Also Delivery partner was already there to pick the order. Not satisfied with the service.

Biryani was loaded with too much ghee and oil. Worst biryani. Overhyped. This branch doesn't serve good biryani anymore. Hadapsar branch is nice one.
