It was our 4th time in Mister Merchants and it continues to dish out exceptional food. Appetisers and hot/cold mezzes are to die for!! Mushroom truffle Baklava stole the show even for a hard core non vegetarian like me!!

We visited Mister Merchant's on 26 July 2026 with a reservation for 8:00 PM, and we were seated on time. Everything started well as we began ordering our food and drinks. However, within just 45 minutes, a waiter came to our table and asked us either to shift to another table or leave because other customers were waiting. As we were about to order another dish, the waiter informed us that it had been an hour since we were seated. This came as a complete shock. At no point during the reservation or while being seated were we informed of any one-hour time limit. I have never experienced such unprofessional, arrogant, and disrespectful service at any restaurant. If a restaurant accepts reservations, it should manage its seating capacity without inconveniencing paying customers. We escalated the issue to the staff, hoping for a resolution or at least an apology. Instead, they defended the waiter's behavior, making the entire experience even more disappointing. To make matters worse, when we asked for the bill, the same waiter was in such a hurry that he picked up my drink while I was still consuming it. This level of impatience and lack of basic courtesy is simply unacceptable. Despite this poor experience, the restaurant still added service charges to the bill, which felt completely unjustified given the quality of service we received. I would strongly recommend staying away from this restaurant. You may walk in with high expectations for the food and hospitality, but you're likely to leave feeling frustrated and disappointed by the service.

Pls learn to cook Mandi. What you prepare is miles away from Mandi. Pls arrange appropriate seating, it's too consugested. So much so that other than plates nothing else can be kept on the table. Ambience is Ok, not good, not excellent at all.
