The food was pretty bland, atleast the Veg Kofta and Mix Veg Sabji. Dal Makhani was good, and so was the cheese garlic naan. Moong Dal Halwa and Gulab Jamun were good too, must try items on the menu. The ambience was wonderful with Punjabi Music in the background and the old, rustic furniture.

@Owner Pind Punjab, Today we visited Pind Punjab Camp Pune, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The service standards were far below expectations. 1. We ordered Chicken Lahori, but the waiter served Paneer Lahori instead. 2. There was a waiting time of more than 30 minutes between the starters and the main course. 3. We started eating the main course around 11:30 PM, and only then the waiter informed us that no more bread could be served because the tandoor had been closed. Initially, we had ordered only one Roomali Roti and one Stuffed Kulcha, expecting to order more later. 4. I requested the waiter to call the manager and explained all the issues we faced. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of apologising for the mistakes, he simply responded with attitude and asked us to “give the final order.” 5. My question to the owner is: if your closing time is 11 PM, why were we even allowed to enter at 10:45 PM? We could have gone elsewhere instead of being treated this way. 6. Even after allowing customers inside, the least expected is respectful service and correct order handling. Despite checking the KOT ourselves, the wrong dish was served. After making us wait for 30 minutes, your staff then asked if we wanted rice because the tandoor had already been shut. 7. We entered the restaurant at 10:45 PM, but the staff had already started winding up by 11 PM while customers were still dining. Cleaning activities had started in the lobby and dining area itself, with loud utensil cleaning and wiping noises, which completely ruined the dining experience. I myself being a Punjabi, this experience was truly disappointing, and I will never visit your restaurant again. Good luck to you.

Very disappointing experience at Pind Punjab. The service was extremely poor and the food did not feel authentic to Punjabi cuisine at all. What made it worse was the misleading offer situation — the restaurant showed an offer on Zomato but later claimed that the offer was not applicable, which felt unfair and misleading. We ordered Seekh Kebab Thali, Butter Chicken, Murg Maslam, and 2 Lassis, but only half of the order was delivered and the order handling was very unprofessional. Nobody took proper responsibility or ensured the complete order reached us. Overall, a very bad experience in terms of service, food quality, and customer handling. Definitely not what we expected and would not recommend based on this experience.

the service is pathetic. rude waiters. moreover, the food taste is below average. they use Frozen chicken in most of their food.
