The thali was decent overall. We tried both the Chicken and Mutton thalis, and while they were satisfactory, the Tandoori Chicken stood out as exceptional.

While the taste of the food was okay, it was not hot or even warm. We went for lunch and had ordered chicken thali and everything on that plate was cold even the bhakri. On asking they reheated and gave, the bhakri turned bit hard. For a repeat I asked for chapati and too was cold. I think for a brand like Surve’s it is basic expectation that at least the food served be hot. Need to improve their attitude towards customers.

We went to this place for lunch. The staff didn't even know which items are included in the thali, neither did they know how many chapatis will be served in the thali. They even mixed up the order - we ordered pomfret, but the server said we never ordered it. The food had no taste at all. The promfret was raw, not even cooked properly. The chicken and mutton curry in the thali had only bones with hardly any flesh on these bones. The only item that was good was the chapati. Overall worst experience with the Wakad outlet.

if there was an option to put 0⭐ as rating i would have chosen that instead of 1 ⭐. the worst restaurant till date in service. The staff was too rude. The food on top of that is below average. Ordered chicken thali in which chicken fry was tasting sweet. It was feeling like boiled chicken prices were tossed in masala not cooked in it.

We ordered from Surve’s Pure Nonveg through a friend’s Zomato account and everything was literally drenched in oil. We actually drained it and ended up with almost a full large bowl of oil. This is absolutely disgusting and dangerous for anyone’s health. Serving food like this is just unacceptable.

Ordered chicken dum biryani. It was tasteless. & Dry. Raw/Uncooked chicken. Called up the restaurant..He advised to put in on zomato with arrogance 😅 . No apology,No kind words. Just saw other reviews. Never going to order again now

if you want to have tasteless food, you can visit surve's wakad unsatisfactory taste, not at all similar taste compare to other surve's branches, so pls do read review before choosing surve's wakad
