The Chai Cafe has become our new Chai and snack spot. The tea is AMAZING to say the least & in a khullard , especially in the winter time. The sandwiches and crepes are great! It’s a cosy & welcoming space right in the heart of Viman Nagar. Will surely visit this place repeatedly. Thank you Romanas & Shervin!

It was our first visit. We were contemplating whether to go for it or not seeing the average reviews on Zomato. However, their food took us by surprise; whatever was served in front of us was really good. We went ahead with Korean chicken burger and parmesan chicken and Harissa steak. The burger was really yummy and was loaded with crispy chicken pieces and fries. However, for me, the steak continental dish was the actual highlight. Everything - from well cooked steak, Harissa sauce, and potato mash to sauteed veggies - on the plate was delicious. If they need to, they can enhance their ambience and seating arrangements a bit (especially their indoor seating area). It felt cramped and insignificant.

Visited the chai cafe with my friends at 3am and it was still pretty crowded. We ordered pan cake, fries, spaghetti and English breakfast. The English breakfast was my absolute favourite. The omelet and hash brown were well cooked. Although the spaghetti was not good. The pan cake and fries were good.

Hospitality needs to be learnt! Not at all accommodative, asked for a table at a non-smoking area, a table was available though reserved from 9pm, yet resisted to provide at 7pm. Took 40 mins to come back with an order of merely a sandwich and a cup of Tea!. Definitely avoid if looking for a decent experience

Ordered Tea, which took over 30mins to come. Apart from that I ordered 3 desserts: chocolate mouse, banana walnut cake and tiramisu. I have a sweet tooth, yet I couldn't eat any of the desserts over one spoonful. They simply tasted bad....highly un-recommended !

⚠️ *WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER — ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC MANAGEMENT* ⚠️ This café has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager literally asked us to leave when we had been there for barely 30 minutes. He even sent the waiter to force-clear our bill and tell us to get up because there was “waiting.” When we confronted him, he had the audacity to say, “People who take tea/coffee can only sit for half an hour, it’s dinner time.” Dinner time? At 12:30 AM? What a joke. Your café is literally called a chai café — and you’re telling customers they can’t sit if they order tea? Before running a place like this, the manager and staff seriously need to learn basic ethics, hospitality, and how to treat customers with respect. We are the customers — the only reason your café is functioning. With service like this, it won’t be for long. Pathetic service. Never coming back

I had a very bad experience. A manager there,Who is tall, whose body language is like a bouncer. according to another employee, whose name is Ravi. He is not even willing to tell me his name. He is saying that as per policy You can't pay with Zomato. Which is the table bill I have. There is no offer or take away in it. (Even though payment is accepted on Zomato) When I asked why, he told me a story It is like it is before our renovation. The outlet that is seen in it is not ours. (Even though the outlet pictures show the same, such as standing fan, table ect.Did your story's guest come to listen?) If it's happening with Zomato, So why are you making a fool of me in front of my friend? then it's Why was the customer's time taken and disturbed? Why do they tell stories? They wasted my time unnecessarily and delayed my next task.not visit again Because I'm starting to feel like I made a big mistake by going there.

The manager doesn't know how to behave. We were asked to leave unnecessarily. We sat for hours, ordered coffee and then were asked to leave because we were not ordering anything in the later hours. Very strange behaviour shown by the serving staff as well as the manager to order something otherwise leave.... Don't go here.
