For a Monday, the service was really slow. Not sure how they manage on weekends. Since the kitchen is located on the G-floor and the restaurant is on the 2nd, the food was pretty cold by the time it reached. The vibe is definitely there though.

The food was just average, with no distinct taste. The service was extremely slow—it took an hour for the starters to arrive and another hour and a half for the main course. The open area is nice, but the overall experience was disappointing. The naan was half-cooked, and the following day, we experienced severe stomach pain.

Chef Prakash Pandey made very nice soup and kababs, his hospitality was excellent. Calm place for chit chat.

Service is really bad.Limited food options.No manager available for feedback’s.I don’t know why these types of hotels are opened under brand names such Hyatt.They are the classic example where they can ruin you evening.

We planned dinner for 15 and chose their set menu (veg/non-veg) however they did not serve the food at the table like they promised. The starters were supposed to be served and were to repeat when finished until the guests say otherwise. Their staff served the starters once and then kept on serving other tables but never to come back to us and ask if we needed to repeat. When we questioned them, they said you should have asked us to repeat. On top of everything, we requested them to make the starters spicy because they all were on the sweeter side. They straight up said that they can’t do that. Even their main course wasn’t spicy as we expected. Also, make sure that you clear things up that you have made bookings from zomato and would avail to pay through it because you might lose on the discounts.

Do not book from Zomato or other apps for dining options. They will confirm your booking but later can also cancel it. We managed to get into Pune 14 in Hyatt itself. As it was a birthday celebration we thought to book it into priority. But it was not worth it as they should have taken efforts to tell booking customers that the restaurant is not available during that period.

Very average service, no Zomato offers valid on alcohol and you're not informed about it either.

Very happy with how my daughters 1st birthday turned out! I wasn’t sure what to expect but Mr.Avinash really made an effort to help everything go smoothly. Thank you so much for the unique experience. Right from enquiry till party date you were there to answer our reservations and so patiently you answered them all, thank you for that. Food including, starters, welcome drinks and dinner spread was very delicious.Thanks to Chef Rohan. The entire event was superbly managed and properly coordinated. We are happy that we selected the Hyatt Regency and no doubt we will come back to hyatt again for any future events. We will also definitely recommend the place to our friends.
