Had a lovely Yum Cha afternoon at The Market at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. It was such a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The meal began with a pot of fragrant jasmine tea, which set the tone beautifully and paired perfectly with the dim sums. The table had a rotating centre (lazy susan), which made it so convenient and fun to share dishes around the table, very much in the spirit of a traditional Yum Cha. The dim sums were definitely the highlight. We tried the cream cheese mushroom, chicken siu mai, prawn hargao and spicy seabass dumplings, all delicate and flavourful. The spinach mushroom cheung fun and prawn cheung fun were soft, comforting and beautifully done. Among the small plates, the vegetable spring rolls, chicken skewers and spicy chicken wings were delicious, and the golden fried rice made for a satisfying main. The steamed seabass with ginger and scallion was fresh, light and perfectly balanced. We ended with a classic Hong Kong style egg tart, which was warm, flaky and the perfect sweet finish. The ambience is bright and welcoming, and the service throughout the meal was warm, attentive and very efficient. Overall, a very enjoyable Yum Cha experience and definitely something I would recommend if you enjoy dim sums and Asian flavours.

recently dined at The Market at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The buffet spread looked extensive at first glance, but the overall quality of food was extremely poor. Most of the dishes did not seem freshly prepared, and several items were hard to chew, dry, and lacked flavor. For a property of this standard, I expected much better in terms of freshness, taste, and presentation. What made the experience worse was the response from the restaurant manager. When we raised our concerns about the food quality, the reaction was indifferent and dismissive. There was no genuine effort to address the issue or improve the situation. The hospitality and customer care that one expects from a premium hotel were completely missing. In addition to all of this the restaurant manager kept pushing us & other guests to pay the bill while we were still having our food stating they were to run into some maintenance with their system due to which the billing would not be possible later. Overall, this was far below expectations, both in terms of food and service. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

horrendous experience as on zomato they mentioned it will be open till 4 and I went post my shift at 10:30 there i got to know buffet will be open only till 11:30 brunch was till 4 am. food was so stale as it was made in morning staff was bother to close for the day and prepare other table rather paying attention to the guest available. on top of it manager was asking about experience which was horrible.
