Torre has a nice ambiance....comfortable and spacious because of the high ceilings. They need to update their physical menus...getting rather tatty. The food is a bit of a mixed bag - Mexican, Spanish, Italian and even Chinese! We had the prawns in garlic butter small plate and it was absolutely delicious....piquant and the prawns cooked just right. The Meat lovers Flatbread was decent..and the seafood paella was interesting.....far from authentic but still tasty..the seafood used to garnish needs to be seasoned. The desserts however were disappointing both the chocolate mousse and the churros. The service was great- attentive, polite but discrete...the restaurant did not charge us for the churros when we said they were not light and crispy. Overall decent place for food but avoid desserts.

disorganised service,We ordered a table side guacamole and they forgot... we had to remind them that we had ordered this cocktails were decent, but craft beers was slightly flat

The mushroom soup was really good, rich, comforting, and well balanced in flavor. I also loved the interiors of the place; it’s very pretty and cozy, making it a nice spot to sit and relax. However, one thing felt a bit disappointing. The menu mentioned that one serving of chips and dip would be offered complimentary, and that additional servings could be ordered if needed. I noticed that almost every table around us was served this, but unfortunately we weren’t offered the same. Even a couple who arrived after us received it. Maybe it was because we only ordered a soup, but that really shouldn’t be the criteria for offering something that’s meant to be complimentary and is also mentioned on the menu. It made the experience feel a bit inconsistent. I hope the restaurant ensures equal service for all guests in the future.

A great way to test the service & vibe of a place is to judge it by ordering a drink each first! This place greeted us with almost a forced & pushy welcome. but thats ok. Ordered 2 mocktails first. As soon as we said just the mocktails first, the servers suddenly had an air of exasperation and disinterest to a level where he almost said no to using the napkin laid on table saying he will get another one. That was all in 15 mins so we decided to go to another place for lunch. so walking out now..

Ordered the prawn garlic tacos and specifically asked beforehand if the prawns were fresh. I understand prawns naturally have a smell, but this was extremely unpleasant and tasted off. The smell was so bad that I could only eat 1 out of the 3 tacos and had to leave the rest. What made the experience worse was the service. Within 2 minutes I asked for the bill, which should have clearly indicated something was wrong, but the staff didn’t even bother asking why I stopped eating almost the entire dish. The vibe already felt off, and the lack of concern made it worse. To top it all off, they added a ₹50 “staff welfare fee” to the bill without even asking or informing me beforehand. Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of both food quality and customer service.

Arrogant owner , inaccurate bar bill. Owner threatened to ban my Entry because I argued over drinks bill . He’s splitting bar bill and food, district app bill not applicable on drinks . Drinks bill has welfare charge which I asked about. Please let them Know that iam going to send invoices to https://doca.gov.in/

This restaurant is a complete disaster. The food is a disgrace clearly made with zero care. To make matters worse, the staff are utterly clueless no answers, no interest, just incompetence. This place is an embarrassment and has no business being open.”
