I recently dined at Xia, the Pan Asian restaurant at Hilton, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The ambience is modern, elegant, and perfectly complements the restaurant’s Asian theme. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, attentive, and ensured top-notch service throughout the meal. The food at Xia truly stands out — every dish was packed with authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. The sushi, dim sum, and stir-fried mains were particularly impressive. The balance of taste, texture, and seasoning was spot on, and each dish felt thoughtfully prepared. What I loved most was the consistency — great food, great hospitality, and a peaceful dining environment. The service team was quick, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. Overall, Xia is one of the best Pan Asian dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Perfect for family dinners, date nights, or even a relaxed evening out. Highly recommended for anyone who loves high-quality Asian cuisine!

Xia was absolutely wonderful. The food, ambience, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Captain Avinash and his colleague for their tremendous hospitality and support throughout our dining. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with whatever we needed, which made our evening even more enjoyable. The sushi, ramen, and overall dining experience were excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special dinner. Highly recommended and definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a great Asian dining experience in Pune! 😊🍣🍜✨

Definitely not a Hilton experience we got, I have had significantly better experiences at other Hilton restaurants. Food was not something you expect from such big brands, few dishes were definitely not freshly prepared and Staff was ignorant.

Service was quite poor. Entire restaurant was empty and still there was no attention on service aspect. Food is also average quality.
