Food is good. Staff needs improvement. They can’t ask the customers to give the bill. It is basically just asking the customer to pay and leave. Also the staff requested for review and while we were submitting the review they constantly asked for 5 star review.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was told by the manager that there were no tables available because they were all booked. However, just a few moments later, I noticed they were offering tables to other guests who seemed to match a certain “look” or style of dress. This was incredibly frustrating and felt quite discriminatory. When I tried to address this with the manager and called multiple times for assistance, they simply ignored me and refused to listen. The lack of professionalism and respect from the staff, especially the manager, was shocking. A restaurant’s staff, particularly management, should be welcoming and treat all guests equally, regardless of appearance. I won’t be coming back here and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Absolute Chaos – Avoid at all costs "We had a table booked for 5 guests at 8:45 PM on Valentine’s Day, expecting a 'seamless experience.' Instead, it was a disaster. We waited over an hour just to get our food. To make matters worse, when the dishes finally arrived, they weren't even what we ordered—the staff served items completely against the menu. The team was entirely non-responsive; trying to get anyone’s attention was an uphill battle. Truly the worst service I’ve encountered in Godwit Near Magneto Mall. Don’t let the 'confirmed booking' fool you; they aren't prepared to handle guests." Absolutely hopeless!!!

Visited for a brunch. Their AC was non functional. Additionally, they were doing a continuous construction work even when customers were sitting ( so we were sitting in a glass building with no AC and a continuous drilling and hammering sound) . Service was delayed by 45 minutes. Food was pathetic. Extremely salty with no taste. These people have made all their good star reviews based on a performance of a prior chef . And now they are trying to earn a profit based on prior good reviews. But I regret taking my friends there and will ask people to not go to such a place. Extremely extremely bad experience!!

After giving our order, they said that no tandoor options can be served due to the breakdown of their appliances. Booked a table from Zomato Gold after paying extra but the restaurant made false promises of getting that refund processed. Heard that Godwit's reviews were good but I had a very bad experience.

I picked up a takeaway for dinner and this was the absolute worst ‘Chinese’ food ever, if even it was that. It was just a mixture of red chillies and oil and everything tossed into it. The noodles were undercooked, the dimsums even more so. Why is Zomato not letting me rate below one star.

Today it disappointed me a lot. I ordered paneer tikaa it was not up to the mark infact it was tasteless the lemon coriander too. The service was too late, i have to wait for an hour after my starter…

One of the worst places if you’re super hungry. The service is slow. We kept on asking how long will it take but no response. Waited 1 hour and then had to cancel the order.
