The quality of sweet has declined tremendously. I ordered two different things for my two relatives at rudrapur on same day and the quality of food was pathetic. Rasmalai ans rabri was prepared atleast 2 days before. They spoiled my gift and moreover they responded in a highly unprofessional way.

leaked pack delivered, knowingly by Manglam . very bad service, Manglam not serious seems they are earning good and now not serious about customers.Zamato team look at this seriously. Last time also one item delivered short.

I ordered paneer tikka and taste was horrible and it was total waste of money can not eat It was not hot and tastless

Found cockroach on the pastry,had to throw it away,felt very bd and cheated as a regular customer,very bad.
