We had coffee in afternoon, as self service we have not more to worry about service but once ordered they quickly served coffee. Refreshing taste, cool ambience. Simply a chill out place. As we had not tried much but two coffee only. Nice place to have great coffee.

Good place to chill, Lot of variety of food and Beverage, Don't need to worry about quality of food as it's a CCD brand which has more than 5000 stores across india, Only setback for this place is Lazy Staff hope management will look over on this.

CCD is known for best place to have chill out or causual meet but today i had my life worst ever experience as i visited CCD at piplod, surat for a meet where we were getting disturbed by loud music and as we requested to the employee working there to slow down the volume so we can atleast listen to what we are talking but they said that its their rule to play music and didn't slow down the volume where ultimately we had to leave the place.This shows that customer service and value does not matter for them, they are only following their rules. Very disappointed with todays experience.

Dull atmosphere, untrained staff, below average almost way too milky cappuccino. I had convinced myself to finish the cup but it was so bad that i couldn't even finish half of it.
