A Truly Delightful Dining Experience – Perfect for Families! From the moment we stepped into the premises with our 10-month-old, the hospitality was nothing short of exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by Pooja, who immediately assisted us and ensured we were comfortably seated in the restaurant. Her attentiveness set the tone for what turned out to be a memorable dinner date. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at ease, especially with a baby in tow. They promptly arranged a special chair for our little one, allowing us to enjoy our meal peacefully — a gesture that truly made a difference. Coming to the food – it was absolutely delicious! Each dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. A special mention goes to the Mango Mint Mojito crafted by Ayan – refreshingly perfect and one of the best we've had! Throughout the evening, the staff continued to be incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and creating a relaxed, family-friendly environment that made our dinner date feel special. Overall, a superb experience! We genuinely appreciate the thoughtful service and quality food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent hospitality, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS THEIR IS A WAY IN THE RESTAURANT TO FOOL CUSTOMERS BY CHARGING 18% GST AND THE CHARGES OF THE GST ARE NOT MENTION IN THE MENU THAT GST EXTRA 18% ITS NOT MENTIONED AS YOU EAT FOOD YOU KNOW GST IS 5% AND THEN THE BILL COMES AND YOU SEE 18% AND THEN THEY SAY ITS A 4 STAR HOTEL.I WANT TO TELL THE MANAGER GO AND SEE THE RESTAURANT WITH HOTEL LIKE ZIBRISH OR GNINE AND LOOK AT YOUR RESTAURANT IT DOESN’T EVEN LOOK 2 STAR YOUR CHARGING SO NICELY FROM CUSTOMERS AND THEY MAKE THE BILL IN NAME OF RAMEE ROYAL IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT ENTERING ONLY AND THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE

Super slow service. Since this is a hotel, they apply an additional 18% GST due to their hotel rooms and stay business, which significantly increases the final bill. It feels like a smart way to overcharge customers. The food might have tasted better if it had been served on time. The staff is not well trained— it took me 15 minutes just to get the bill, and I was made to stand at the billing counter the entire time. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

pathetic experience ever, we have seated an hour for soup, there is no waiter in lobby whom u can give order or ask something, seriously such a worst hotel i have ever seen , no management, no staff even there is no traffic then too face this kind of service, also offering buffet coz of there inefficiency of there staff ,we have book already a table then also we get seating after 40 min , overall pathetic, not recommended at all they only serve hotel guest

life ka aaj tk ka sabse ghatiya restaurant tha. Main course ke sath salad dena h Onion, lemon...unko ye bhi ni pta h....bolkr maang rhe h tb leke aa rhe h vo bhi khana complete hone ke baad ...qki Jo waiter h vhi jake cutting krke leke aayega.... or bhi bahut kuch h bt ignore.... sbse bkwas restaurant tha ...only look wise accha h baaki kuch accha ni h .... google ke review dekh kr mt jana.. because almost sb paid review h...

Food was Good. But charging 18% gst on the name of their hotel Ramee Royal. Which is not even mentioned on the Menu Card. While in rest of the surat everyone charging only 5% and they are charging on the name of their hotel. So before going there clarify all the things.
