Best biriyani,Al faham and shawarma in thrissur....other restaurants should learn to make food from here.very beutifu atmosphere and ambience....loved the place...

I have been seeing the "HOT N COOL" board for almost an year & had planned to visit it one day.Finally got my chance this Monday.In case,you want to go there,go in a bike or cycle,because no specific car-packing available.Or you may have to park a bit far & walk down to this shack.The place is very cozy,few seatings & a cozy ambience as well.The menu was very ellaborate,but since we didn't have that much of time,thought of having a burger & something to drink.So asked them what was available & from that list,ordered a double cheese & XXX cheese Beef burgers,a Papaya Shake & a Ferrero Rocher Shake.It took almost 20mints & the burger looked great,with a shining appearance,but as soon as I had a bite,understood its not real beef patty,instead it was the enlarged cutlet kind of stuff,with no egg as well.It tasted ok,nothing bad.Those who haven't had a burger before or those who don't have any conditions how your burger should be,they would love it.The only problem was the bun base,which just split up,when we lift to bite.Both the shakes were too sweet,but the quality was good.All together its a normal burger shack,which is better than other hubs or castles or space!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻,but not as good & authentic as Helado Street..

Visited here for lunch. A small restaurant with some nice interior. We ordered a chicken biryani, chicken burger , mango lessi and lime juice. Biriyani was prepared usinh al fam chicken pieces, qty was enough and it was tasty. Chicken burger was soft and tasty. Mango lessi was average, but ime juice was ok, the staff was friendlt and service was fast.

We were ordered for a combo. Unfortunately didn't recieved lime juice and kuboos which was included in the order. Delivery boy Sanju was so nice and apologised and told that he will get it back. But we told we don't have any issue. But I am strongly disappointed on this restaurant. That's their duty to send all items in the delivery package.

I ordered 2 Shawarma. Average Taste. Smaller than I thought. Nothing great. Disappointed by the size of the roll. I don't know why they charge this product so much.

I just got a great experience that provide by hot n cool... very glad to share that their most valuable product namely chicken pop's was amazing me very badly... I just spent only Rs90/- for amazing.. u can see the pics that I attached... I got 6 world by the box... This is very pity... How can I share to ma family?
