I ordered food from this restaurant as they featured to deliver inside my train.was very exited as I saw a chef pillai brand. While I waited after Ernakulam station I got a message saying they cancelled my order without any reason which was supposed to be delivered at Trissur. I could not order anything else inside the train because the app would not allow due to time restrictions. Very frustrating. Kids slept hungry. Pls think twice before you trust such brands.🙏Ridiculous.Irresponsible.
