PROS: Even though you see a 3-star overall rating I must underline that the food is fantastic and deserves 5 stars. Highly recommend the Spicy Chicken Dumpling soup and the Cream of Wild Mushrooms soup. The Cassava Cakes are interesting. The portions of rice and noodles are good so I recommend you check with the server about how many people can share a dish. CONS: Clearly the restaurant is understaffed. It's very difficult to get the attention of servers. Food comes to the table really late so avoid this place if you are really hungry. I was really upset that I clearly left instructions TWICE that the bill should come to me in our table of 6 and it was presented to my guest! You guys lost 2 stars for slow service and messing up my special request!

Ambience and view are among the best in the Trivandrum city. Breakfast buffet is very bad. I would recommend to consider only lunch or dinner. Price feels on the higher side because of the average food quality.

It was an extremely disappointing experience with O cafe this time around. 4210 for 2 people for absolutely rubbish meals. Poor seasoning, weird combinations, food is overdosed with spices making it taste like poison. Perhaps this was my last visit to the restaurant. I was so so sad when I saw the bill, they weren’t so highly priced earlier. Not going there ever!

I visited this restaurant with my familyfor an occasion.The food was okayish but they took too long to serve us.( more than a hour? Seriously?) The ambience was great but the service was terrible. One of the waiters (Swaleh) was horrible . I ordered a drink (Irish coffee). He repeated again and again for 5-6 times that it's alcoholic. he was treating us like we have no idea about anything. If I can spend 5k for a dinner, I surely know how to read the menu and order whatever I want. If it was a man ordering the drink will your staff question us this much? Surely not. Please don't keep people like this who make customers feel every uncomfortable. I would like to specifically mention about this waitress (Monika) . She was really nice. Concluding the review: If you wanna have a good time, then this place is not worth it.

Can't believe I got food infection from O Cafe. Sadly ordered a steak and ended up in hospital. The steak was extremely chewy and unfortunately due to the lighting we could see how cooked it was. Food poisoning is expected from a local shop as they tend to cut corners. But O by Tamara !!! Why are you cutting corners. You claim to give the best service in trivandrum and I got a taste of it. Pathetic, extremely PATHETIC. Staff, service, ambiance is top notch, but just don't order food.
