What are District Gift Cards? District Gift Cards are prepaid digital cards issued by Pine Labs and Razorpay that, once claimed, can be used to pay for your orders on District.

What is the validity of District Gift Cards? Each gift card is valid for a period of 4 years from the date of redemption.

Are there any amount restrictions on District Gift Cards? A single Gift Card's denomination cannot be below ₹250 and exceed ₹10,000.

How to claim a District Gift Card? Go to your profile section on the top right of the District app and scroll down to the 'Payments' section and tap on 'Claim Gift Card'. Enter the 16-digit code and 6-digit PIN to claim your gift card.
Note: Claimed gift card balance is loaded into District Money and the maximum balance that can be maintained in it is ₹1,00,000 at any point in time.

What happens when I claim a District Gift Card? Once successfully claimed, the District Gift Card amount will be added to your District Money balance and you can use it to pay for movie tickets, events tickets, dining bills and shopping bills on the District app.

How can I use the District Gift Card balance for ordering? Any existing balance in District Money is auto-applied on all orders. If you wish to not utilise the balance, you can unselect the checkbox on the checkout page while paying for your orders.
