Benefits​

  1. What is District Pass?

    District Pass is a 3-month membership that gives you extra savings on movies & dining.

  2. What benefits do I get with District Pass?

    With District Pass, you currently get:

    • Buy 1 Get 1 Free on Movie tickets – discount of up to ₹500 on one ticket with every movie booking, up to a maximum of 3 discounted tickets during the 3 months.
    • 2 dining vouchers worth ₹250 each – flat ₹250 off on 2 dining bill payments. Applicable on dining bills above ₹1000.
    • 20% off on movie F&B – flat 20% off when you order food & drinks with your movie tickets on District.

    All benefits are valid for 3-months from the date of purchase of your District Pass, unless consumed earlier.

Movie benefits​

  1. How do the 3 free movie tickets work?

    You get 1 free ticket (at the same theatre and in the same movie ticket transaction) on each of your 3 movie booking transactions, during your membership. When you book for 2 or more tickets in a single transaction, the lowest-priced ticket in that booking will be discounted by ₹500.

  2. Is there a limit/cap on the free movie ticket value?

    Yes. The discount is capped at ₹500 per transaction.

  3. Can I use more than one free movie ticket in a single booking?

    No. Only 1 free ticket can be applied per movie ticket booking transaction.

  4. Is booking charge applicable on the free movie ticket?

    Yes, the discount is applicable on only the ticket amount. Booking charge will be charged as per non-discounted price of the ticket.

  5. How does the 20% off on movie F&B work?

    Whenever you add food & drinks while booking your movie tickets on District, you'll get a flat 20% off on the eligible items in that order.

Dining benefits​

  1. How do the 2 dining vouchers of ₹250 each work?

    For 2 of your dining bill payments, you'll get a flat ₹250 instant discount on the bill amount.

  2. Is there any minimum bill amount for using a dining voucher?

    Yes. The dining voucher is only applicable when the bill amount is ₹1000 or more.

  3. What happens if my dining bill is less than ₹1000?

    For bills below ₹1000, the voucher will not be applicable.

General​

  1. How can I check my remaining benefits?

    You can see how many free movie tickets, dining vouchers and other perks are left anytime in the "District Pass" section of the app.

  2. Can I buy more than one District Pass?

    You can only have one active District Pass on your account at a time. You'll be able to purchase a District Pass again once your current District Pass expires.

  3. What happens when my District Pass expires?

    Once your 3-month period is over, unused benefits will lapse and you will not be charged again automatically. You can choose to buy a new District Pass after that.

Restrictions & Terms​

  1. Which cities is District Pass available in?

    You can use your District Pass only in the cities specified in the District Pass Terms and Conditions. Benefits will not work for bookings or payments made outside these cities.

  2. What if I move to a city where District Pass is not available?

    You will only be able to use your benefits in the eligible cities.

  3. Can I combine District Pass benefits with other offers or promo codes?

    District Pass benefits cannot be clubbed with other promo codes, coupons, discounts or bank offers on the same booking.

  4. What happens if I cancel a movie ticket or dining booking where I used a District Pass benefit?

    If you cancel a booking or get a refund, the benefit used for that transaction will not be credited back.

  5. Is the District Pass membership fee refundable?

    No. Once purchased, the membership fee for District Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
