SickFlip’s unique voice in electronic music earned him a spot on Mixmag’s Global Top 25 DJs who defined 2024, alongside Keinemusik and Sammy Virji. Known for spirited sets at venues like Brooklyn Mirage, Boiler Room, DGTL, and Magnetic Fields, he continues to push sonic boundaries while bridging traditional roots and modern soundscapes. ‘Pineapples’ — his brainchild and self-built IP — has grown over five years and this year scaled into a one- day Holi festival in Mumbai with over 1000 attendees. Fusing folk textures, electronica, and global percussion, SickFlip creates an otherworldly soundscape that’s both melodic and bass-heavy. His music is a seamless blend of organic instrumentation and hard-hitting drops, taking listeners through waves of cinematic storytelling. The past year saw the success of his song ‘Mehmaan’, a collaboration that fused Rajasthani folk music with Electronica, seamlessly blending traditional cultural influences with contemporary electronic beats. Expanding his global footprint, SickFlip recently co-produced the five-track ‘Mulaqat’ EP for Prateek Kuhad.
