To ensure a safe, respectful, and memorable experience for everyone, the following terms and conditions will be strictly enforced at Adrasakka - Edition 3. By attending, you agree to abide by these rules without exception.

1. Limited Entry: Seating is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to venue capacity.

2. Open Mic Slots: Performer slots will be allotted via a raffle system at the venue. Registering early increases your chance of performing, but does not guarantee a slot.

3. ID Proof & Media Consent: A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry. By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event. These visuals may be used by Unherd for community and promotional purposes.

4. Security Check: Frisking will be conducted for security purposes. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals if deemed necessary.

5. Prohibited Items: Absolutely no weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, laser devices, bottles, helmets, or unauthorized musical instruments will be allowed inside.

6. Non-Smoking Zone: This is a strictly non-smoking event. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the premises.

7. No Parking Inside Premises: Vehicle owners park at their own risk outside the premises.

8. Code of Conduct: Any lewd, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event. No warnings will be issued.

9. Behaviour Policy: Individuals under the influence of alcohol or found to be disruptive will be denied entry or asked to leave.

10. Damage & Liability: The organisers and venue reserve the right to recover any losses caused by damage to property. Attendees will be held liable for any such actions.

11. Injury/Liability Disclaimer: Entry is at your own risk. Unherd and the venue will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.

12. Venue Compliance: All venue-specific rules must be followed. Please cooperate with the staff at all times.

13. Arrival Time: We recommend arriving by 3 pm for a smooth and timely check-in for the event.
