Important Guidelines for the Trip – Please Read Carefully

1. Seating: No reserved seating. It’s strictly first-come, first-served. Feel free to coordinate among yourselves and swap seats if needed. Once onboard, avoid arguments with the trip coordinators.

2. Couples: If any couples are seated separately, we request that others kindly adjust and offer seats together.

3. Meal Timings: Meal timings will be communicated by the guide. Please adhere to the schedule.

4. Friday Night Dinner: There will be no dinner stop on Friday night. Kindly eat beforehand or carry packed food to have on the bus (we will have a short break for 30 minutes, so plan accordingly).

5. Accommodation: Stay will be provided on a shared basis – separate for men and women (on beds or mats). Do not expect luxury facilities, as we’ll be exploring raw and untamed nature.

6. Fitness Requirement: A basic level of fitness is essential to participate in this trek.

7. Instructions: Please follow all guidelines and instructions given by the instructors/coordinators for your own safety.

8. Phone Charging: Limited common charging points will be available. Please be responsible and ensure you charge your devices. We are not liable for any missed opportunity.

9. ID Proof: Carry one photocopy of your ID proof – mandatory.

10. Prohibited Activities: Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited before and during the event.

11. Valuables: Avoid carrying jewellery or expensive valuables.

12. Washroom Facilities: Only common washrooms will be available. Don’t expect attached or private restrooms.

13. Accommodation: This is a group trip, and no separate accommodations will be provided.

14. Pickup/Drop Points: Drop-off will be at the same location as your pickup point. No door-to-door pickup or drop-off.

15. COVID Safety: Please bring your own mask and hand sanitiser.

16. Seating Comfort: In some vehicles, the last row of seats may not be recliners. Please cooperate.

17. Expectations: This is an adventure trek/trip, not a luxury tour. Come with the right mindset and be prepared for the wilderness.

18. Punctuality: Strictly follow the reporting time, schedule, and instructions given by the organisers throughout the trip.

19. Environmental Responsibility: Do not litter. Carry your waste and dispose of it responsibly. Let’s respect nature.

20. Food Arrangements: Sunday lunch and food during travel will be self-sponsored.

21. Hotel Stops: We are not tied up with any hotels. If food service at any stop is delayed, we are not responsible.

22. Itinerary & Permits: The schedule, route, and forest permits may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants must adapt accordingly.

23. Event Rights: FGW reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if required due to unavoidable situations.

24. Strict Prohibition on Drugs: We have zero tolerance for narcotics, drugs, ganja, cocaine, or any illegal substances. If found in possession or consumption, you will be immediately handed over to local authorities.
