A Jazz-Rock outfit with creative modernisms

Amyt Datta, a world-renowned virtuoso guitarist, carves his sound in whatever he touches. Forever ahead of his time, his music challenges present norms and rules. This is his latest presentation, Amyt Datta Electric Power Quartet, a jazz/rock heavy setup featuring the multifaceted and gifted Sambit C on drums, his forever comrade in all his setups, Aakash Ganguly on bass and the superbly talented Samrat Mukherjee on keys/ synth. They have been playing all around the country and have gathered an active, listening, serious fan base. The band is well known for creating an experience where, sonically, your mind would travel across the universe. The band has played in prestigious venues and festivals for the past 2 years, and in 2024, the band promised its audience a debut album called "ELECTRIC".
