1. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.This is a single-entry show. Once you exit the show area, you will not be permitted to enter again.

2. Please keep your ticket with you at all times.Third parties are not allowed to enter the event venue.

3. A government-issued, valid photo ID may be requested at entry.

4. Children up to the age of 3 years can enter for free with valid ID Proof but no seating may be provided for them. Children above that age will require a ticket.

5. Due to the live band performance event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion.

6. Rights of admission are reserved to Organizers

7. Professional Video and Photography Camera are not allowed,If camera are found then the owner of the camera will be removed from the venue

8. AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, video recording or transmit any information or other data in relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to remove you from the venue for doing so.

9. Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects not allowed in the venue 

10. The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage due to the event. 

11. Ticket holders in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

12. Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted in the venue and if found will be handed over to Security Authorities 

13.The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Organizers reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold. 

14. Organizers will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.

15.Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered as invalid and entry will not be permitted if resold.

16. Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer's reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances.
