About the Event

This is a free program wherein, you will be doing yoga sessions early in the morning with the host Sharmila Kannan. The program is open to all above 50 yrs of age. Live participation is mandatory to develop the habit of getting up early in the morning and dedicating some “me” time.


Over a period of 8 sessions, yoga or workouts covering the whole body shall be taught, the kind that anybody can do without even getting up from the bed, so that your body may remain flexible, without aches and pains, and you remain agile and independent throughout your life.


It’s always best to attend live sessions. This is an endeavour by us to develop and establish a healthy living on a daily basis. Recording will be shared only for any 2 missing sessions out of 8 on personal request to the presenter and it will not be shared on the WhatsApp group, specially formed for this event.


Dates: (8-day program, 8 sessions)

Saturdays – 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th October 2024

Sundays – 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th October 2024


Time: 5:30 AM – 6:00 AM IST (Daily morning for 8 days)


Age Group: 50 Years and above


Contribution: Free event: Registration is a must
