The most unique culinary geniuses, custom menus, handcrafted beer pairings and curated curry dishes – Bira 91's International Curry Week is back!


From Pho stands of Vietnam and Bratwursts of Berlin to the Butter Chicken restaurants of North India and Michelin Star menus of New York – curry is a story of flavors, spices, fragrances and cultural identities traversing eras and geographies to create a unified culinary symphony. A soul food as diverse as the colorful world of today.


Exploring and honouring its rich heritage, Bira 91’s International Curry Week comes to Bangalore's Four Seasons with chef Avinash Martins crafting a special menu for the occassion. Trained by the Oberoi group before making his mark through Goa's Cavatina, Avinash will narrate the story of inspirations and influences that have defined curries over the decades with a menu to be enjoyed alongside India's first rice lager, Bira 91 Rise.
