Exploring and honouring its rich heritage, Bira 91’s International Curry Week comes to Mumbai's Salt Water Cafe on April 29 with chef Gresham Fernandes crafting a special menu for the occassion. The man who defined the flavours at Salt Water Grill, Smoke House Room and now Salt Water Cafe, Gresham will reflect his heritage as an East Indian boy growing up in Bandra with a close-to-heart menu to be enjoyed alongisde India's first rice lager, Bira 91 Rise.
