Exploring and honouring its rich heritage, Bira 91’s International Curry Week comes to Delhi's Tres on April 29 with chef Jatin Mallick crafting a special menu for the occassion. With 20+ years in the industry, the chef and co-founder of Tres, Jatin will give a twist to the classics for a clean and seasonal menu to be enjoyed alongisde India's first rice lager, Bira 91 Rise.
