Exploring and honouring its rich heritage, Bira 91’s International Curry Week comes to Bombay's Seefah on April 27 with chef Seefah and chef Karan crafting a special menu for the occassion. Five-star hotel professionals with more than 15 years of expeirnece each, Seefah and Karan will take inspiration from Thai and Japanese street food for a flavourful menu to be enjoyed alongisde India's first rice lager, Bira 91 Rise.
