Exploring and honouring its rich heritage, Bira 91 International Curry Week comes to Bangalore's Bira 91 Taproom on April 20 with Chef Vicky Ratnani crafting a special menu for the occasion. With a culinary experience ranging from prestigious cruise-lines, award-winning restaurants and food-based start-ups to curating open kitchens at INOX theatres, leading food-exploration shows and writing cookbooks, Vicky will combine flavours of curries from around the world over the hoppy coriander notes of India's first rice lager, Bira 91 Rise.
