Through creative prompts, mindful reflection, and mixed-media journaling techniques, you’ll capture fleeting moments—whether it’s a train ride, a café visit, or a quiet morning at home—and preserve them through layered pages of art, text, and texture. From travel tickets and photos to grocery lists and pressed flowers, discover how even the simplest details can become part of your story.

About your mentor, Kumudini

Guided by Kumudini, who has been practising creative journaling for mental health and emotional grounding for the past four years, this workshop blends art with mindful reflection. Kumudini has been practising journaling and teaching it for several years with various groups. In this session, she will share how journaling helped her reconnect with herself and how small scraps can turn into powerful visual stories when layered with intention.
