RULES AND REGULATIONS

·        The Rules And Regulations mentioned below are for the Vidar Gaming Weekends CS:GO Tournament I

·       TOURNAMENT GAME : CS:GO

o  Last date for Registration is Wednesday, 11th August 2021, 10 PM.

o  Any entries beyond this point will not be considered.

·        TOURNAMENT DATES

o  Start Date: Friday, 13th August 2021

o  End Date: Sunday 15th August 2021

·        FORMAT:

o  Players face each other in a League cum Knockout format tournament.

o  All Matches are ​​race to 11, best of 1. (Players to take a coin toss & decide which weapon - AWP, Rifle or Pistol)

o  Semi-Finals and Finals to be Best of 3.

·        WINNING A MATCH

o   All Matches are ​​race to 11, best of 1.

·        DELAYS:

o  If a player does not enter the match lobby within 5 minutes of his allotted time (problems with the Internet, client updates, or other technical issues are not acceptable and players are responsible to ready up for every match in time), the player receives a technical defeat.

·        TECHNICAL TIMEOUT:

o  Every player has a technical timeout which lasts for 5 minutes and starts automatically when a player leaves the server. If the player doesn’t reconnect to the server by the time the timeout ends, he will lose the match.

o  Unfair play is defined as using scripts or programs that hack the game. This may result in a ban.

o  The name and Steam ID number of the players must be exactly the same as registered throughout the tournament. In case that does not match in its entirety, it will be the administrator's decision whether or not that player can play the matches.

·        RECORDING

o  Player must capture screenshot of end score after every match. Image should be clear.

o  All players are required to record a POV demo (write in console "record record_name"). Not recording a demo can result in losing your prize and/or a technical defeat.
