🌟 Important Note on Cover Charge:

All attendees are required to pay a cover charge of ₹500 per person at the venue.

This amount is fully redeemable on food and beverages during the event.

It’s our way of keeping the night delicious and memorable for you — beyond just the music.

1. Registration & Entry

All attendees must book a valid pass in advance to access the event.

Open mic performance slots are limited and require prior registration.

Walk-ins will not be permitted. Every guest must have a pre-booked ticket.

2. Event Participation

Open mic slots are assigned on a first-come, first-confirmed basis.

Each performer will have a maximum of 10 minutes on stage.

Respect the space, the audience, and the vibe — this is a community platform.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event.

3. Media, Photography & Recording

By attending or performing, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

Content captured may be used for promotional purposes by Cubbon Jams.

If you prefer not to be recorded, kindly inform the organizing team in advance.

4. Event Timing & Schedule

The event will begin at the scheduled time as mentioned on your ticket.

Any changes in timing or format will be communicated to all registered attendees.

Organizers reserve the right to modify or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Conduct & Safety

This is a safe space for self-expression and creativity.

All attendees must follow venue rules and respect fellow guests.

Harassment, abusive behavior, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Event organizers and venue partners are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings.

Attendees are responsible for their own well-being throughout the event.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets once booked are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation by organizers, attendees will be notified and alternative arrangements may be offered.
