1. The badge must be worn and displayed at all times at the venue and conference areas.

2. Visitors below the age of 16 will not be allowed entry at the exhibition, and the organizer will not bear the responsibility for the same.

3. The badge is nontransferable, admits only one person, and is valid on all exhibition days.

4. Any valuables or articles brought into the venue are the sole responsibility of the visitor. The organizer will not bear the responsibility in case of loss or damage to any property.

5. Visitors may be subjected to a security check at some point (kindly cooperate).

6. Organizers hold the right to ask any visitor to leave the venue for security reasons or antisocial behaviour.

7. The organizer holds the right to restrict the entry of any visitor to any of the key areas. Organizers decision will be absolute in

such matters.
