Had a great time at 145 Lower Parel! The place has a vibrant ambience with great music and a lively crowd. The food was delicious and beautifully presented—especially loved their shakes and starters. Their freakshakes and signature cocktails are a must-try—refreshing, unique, and well-balanced. A perfect blend of great food, lively ambience, and good music—ideal for unwinding after work. One of the best spots in Lower Parel for fun vibes, quick service, and creative drinks. The place stands out for its quirky décor, energetic crowd, and consistently good food quality. Definitely worth visiting!

Recently visited this place with a friend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The ambience was absolutely delightful—perfect for a relaxed outing. We started with drinks and tried the watermelon mojito and mango basil, both of which were refreshing and full of flavor. For starters, we had the mushroom on toast and paneer chilly, and both dishes were exceptionally well-prepared and delicious. For the main course, we went with the paneer makhani wala biryani, which was hearty and truly satisfying. And to end on a sweet note, the 145 signature cheesecake was the highlight—rich, creamy, and absolutely irresistible. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food and a lovely vibe. Definitely worth visiting!

Recently, we visited this place located in Kamala Mills. We’ve also been to their Kala Ghoda outlet and are big fans of their food. The ambiance is super cool and cozy, and they even have a pool table to play. We started with the jalapeño poppers, which were absolutely amazing the cheesy filling and crunchy texture completely stole our hearts. Next, we had the paneer chilli, the portion size was good and the taste was on point. For mains, we ordered fried rice, which was sufficient for two people and served with gravy. For drinks, go for Oomph, a cranberry mocktail, along with Mango Basil, which is very refreshing and soothing. Lastly, we had the chocolate ganache so yum! Every bite felt like heaven.

Had such a great experience here—definitely a must-visit! The watermelon and mango mojitos were incredibly refreshing, and the hazel drink was just as good. For starters, we tried the chicken chilly and potato magic masala skin—the latter was easily my favorite and something I’d highly recommend to everyone. In the main course, I went for the pink sauce pasta, which was absolutely delicious. We wrapped it up with a chocolate ganache dessert that tasted amazing. The overall ambience was lovely, and the staff was polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

It’s the perfect spot for anyone seeking a lively yet comfortable atmosphere in Lower Parel. The Ferrero Rocher shake was pure indulgence, and the mushroom on toast was a savory delight to start with. Both the pink sauce pasta and chicken pizza were exceptionally well-made, followed by a delicious, punchy paneer chilli. Every dish felt like a 10/10. I honestly loved it—this place is easily a top-tier recommendation!

Had an amazing experience at 145 Cafe & Bar in Kamala Mills! The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. We ordered pink sauce pasta, jalapeno poppers, and paneer biryani – everything tasted delicious. The chicken chilli was honestly the highlight, 100/10! For drinks we had a Nutella shake (one of the best I've had) and a refreshing apple mocktail. Overall the food, drinks, and service were fantastic. Definitely recommend this place if you're in Kamala Mills!

145 The Mill in Lower Parel is an absolute gem! The ambience strikes the perfect balance between cozy and lively, making it the ideal spot for a great meal. The food was 10/10—the pink sauce pasta was creamy and flavorful, while the chicken pizza and paneer chilli were perfectly seasoned. The mushroom on toast was a standout starter, and the Ferrero Rocher shake was the ultimate decadent treat. Hands down one of my best dining experiences!

Had a great time at 145 ✨ We tried a mix of drinks and food, and honestly, everything turned out really good. For drinks, the Mango Basil Cooler and Watermelon Mojito were super refreshing—perfect for the weather 🍹 Coming to food, the Chilli Chicken was definitely a highlight—flavorful and well-cooked. The Supreme Non-Veg Pizza was loaded and satisfying, and the Pink Sauce Pasta was creamy and delicious 🍝🍕 And ending it on a sweet note—their 145 Special Cheesecake was 💯 must-try! The ambience was really nice—great vibe for chilling with friends, and the service was smooth. The manager and staff were polite and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, a solid place for good food, drinks, and a chill vibe. Would definitely visit again 💛
