I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable and welcoming stay or dining. I would especially like to appreciate Manager Rajat, Sakshi (Team Leader), and Nikita (Hostess) for their outstanding professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Their welcoming attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction made the experience even more memorable.

The service was good. The staff were active and supportive. But, the food wasn't upto my expectations for a 5star hotel. Overall the options were not much in the vegetarian section. Out of 10, I would rate the food a 5.

Service is extremely slow and poor. Buffet has limited options in vegetarian food. Very complicated menu, and annoyingly high waiting time

The experience at The Lalit left much to be desired, from the entry itself. While it was self parking, there was no guard - for security or guidance. Basement parking lift was in an extremely poorly lit area and non-functional. We seemed like we were invisible to the staff. The didn't bother with any greeting or any acknowledgement. The spread was limited and disappointing. The taste was nothing special or worth remembering. Tables were poorly laid out, lacking spoons. Staff avoided any eye contact, as much as possible. Table tents were dirty. There was unattended spillage on the floor. Staff could not correctly articulate or confidently tell the names of the teas available. Dosa provided was soggy. Crackers with cheese were also absolutely soggy. The staff didn't know we were a non-resident guest until I asked for the check. Didn't feel like a 5-star at all, was very sad indeed. The water logged in the washroom basin.

I had a confirmed booking in place for 7:30 today and to my greatest surprise, I reached the restaurant and they said that they don’t accept any booking from Zomato for the day. Despite the fact that I had a confirmed booking in place, I was rather treated rudely for a guest. Moreover, the guy on the desk acted like as if he owned the place and will decide who will eat or not here. Further, I’d want to mention how he said he wasn’t responsible that Zomato is taking booking in their name and that it was my responsibility to question them. I sincerely appreciated his non-sense and left. Leaving this here for the hotel to look into how the staff treats the guests.

Extremely slow service, below par interior. Folks were busy in their regular chores that didn’t include customer service, for sure. Food quality and taste were below par and you won’t get the premium dining feel at all. Overall, a below par experience of an overhyped place.

Had a birthday dinner with my family. This was my first dining at the hotel restaurant. Very disappointing experience. The order was served too late. Added to our woes was the ambience which was like an airport lounge. Please think twice before planning.
