Service is extremely slow and poor. Buffet has limited options in vegetarian food. Very complicated menu, and annoyingly high waiting time

We went there for a buffet. On phone they tell us that the price of the buffet is something else and when they billed us the price is different and then they have a story to spin as to why it is different. Then food First they tell us they haven’t put the starters on display we will serve them at your table. Alright and then they serve us tater tots and fish.. mind you stale fish we sent it back and they tell us they’ll make fresh batch of another fish. And give us the same stale fish in a different avatar. Then the main course what sh*y main course. These 5 stars need to know everyone earns through hard work and if we want to spend 8k on a meal we would like to eat good good. Bad service and extremely bad food. I’m so so disappointed. I will never never go back.

I had a confirmed booking in place for 7:30 today and to my greatest surprise, I reached the restaurant and they said that they don’t accept any booking from Zomato for the day. Despite the fact that I had a confirmed booking in place, I was rather treated rudely for a guest. Moreover, the guy on the desk acted like as if he owned the place and will decide who will eat or not here. Further, I’d want to mention how he said he wasn’t responsible that Zomato is taking booking in their name and that it was my responsibility to question them. I sincerely appreciated his non-sense and left. Leaving this here for the hotel to look into how the staff treats the guests.

we had booked a table for the whole family and received confirmation of the same.upon reaching the staff says they aren't accepting online booking tonight And we would need to wait till all their offline bookings arrive and finish their meals. and we had small kids with us. absolutely rude staff and pathetic customer service. never book this place for any special occasion.

The food quality were sub standard. Their starter choices were very limited and not upto the mark, their Paneer Chilli wasn't spicy plus the condiments offered weren't complimenting their dishes. The main course options were less and the taste was sub par. Even the rates mentioned on their Zomato page were incorrect for their Buffet.

Extremely slow service, below par interior. Folks were busy in their regular chores that didn’t include customer service, for sure. Food quality and taste were below par and you won’t get the premium dining feel at all. Overall, a below par experience of an overhyped place.

Had a birthday dinner with my family. This was my first dining at the hotel restaurant. Very disappointing experience. The order was served too late. Added to our woes was the ambience which was like an airport lounge. Please think twice before planning.

Do not order … it’s a complete waste of money . They just gave the mixture of juices grinded together. Really disappointed
