had a grt experience on my 1st visit, Ms fiza guest relations service gave a wonderful tour to hotel, very impressed with her kind gesture and welcomed me with grt smile, namrata female guest server at 24/7 lounge talked with me politely , thanx

The pizza served was very cold and cheese was rubbery. They bought a wrong order - went to change the order and after 25 mins bought the same pizza with just some additional toppings of few green olives which were just randomly put on the same wrong pizza. Very bad pizza and experience. We raised it to the staff and chef and they were offering us some desserts instead which we didn’t want. Overall bad food and service experience

Very bad service. Served the wrong pizza first then on raising took the pizza back just sprinkled some green olives and bought the same pizza back which was very cold and become rubbery. On raising it to the staff and chef no changes were made to the dish. Very disappointing.

Horrible service, the staff ignores one's request. Had to wait over 10 mins for ice cream scooper and the reason given was "chef keeps the scooper" is it made up of Gold ? The pizza was cold and horrible No cutlery on table and I had to scout the restaurant for one. when I approached to launch a complain, the reception executive had a "meh" attitude and did not respond properly. On the contrary he told me to lodge dissatisfaction over online portals 15 years and this restaurant and it's service has gone down.

I had ordered Aglio e Olio pasta of 650 rupees, including taxes, and they served me hakka noodles in garlic and oil. if the restaurant does not know the difference between pasta and noodles, they should remove Italian dishes from the menu. shocking is that even after giving feedback to the floor manager, they charged for dish, and I left it without eating . bad hospitality and bad food .

pathetic....went for a sunday brunch...service was very poor...we have to request couple of times for hot soup and cutleries...ice cream counters were empty , no one bothered to attend even after waiting near the counter...lalit please improve your service standards...
